What does VistoBuild do?

Who came up with the idea for VistoBuild?
VistoBuild was designed and created by Barry Krsnak who has more than four decades of experience leading hundreds of residential and commercial builds. He realized how many redundancies existed and how often mistakes occurred costing both time and money. He developed VistoBuild as a hub for every detail of your build, with full transparency on all aspects, among all team members including plumbers, painters, designers, contractors, HVAC specialists and so on.

What kind of things does VistoBuild help me with?
VistoBuild manages just about every aspect of your build whether plumbling, HVAC, lighting, audio/video, painting, flooring, appliance selections, you name it. If you’re building it, VistoBuild organizes it all in one simple place. You’ll have awareness of all of the details needed to complete your project. This allows your contractor to organize and prepare the project from the very beginning - eliminating change orders and remodeling later on.

How many people can use VistoBuild at one time on my project.
VistoBuild supports an unlimited number of users. Simply select the plan that works for you here. Everyone on your team should have access to the details of your project in order to ensure a seamless completion of your build.

Do I have to be a professional builder or contractor to use VistoBuild?
Anyone building a home or property can use VistoBuild, whether you’re an individual homeowner or professional designer, developer, contractor or similar.

How many people can I invite to my team on VistoBuild?
You can invite as many users as you’d like to each project. Every user will be assigned to one of three levels:

  • Administrator - has the ability to add or delete information. Each addition or deletion will be recorded in a continuous history log that allows all parties to see the name of the person making the entry, along with date and time.

  • Editor - this level allows information to be added only. Sub-contractors can add specifications or notes about procedures giving their crew instant access to details.

  • Viewer - this level allows users to view all information available in your VistoBuild project only. No changes can be made.
